Usually with acne treatments you should expect to have to wait months to see any real results, but with this gel people have reported that they have seen dramatic results in just 48 hours.
Acne Dry Spot
This type of treatment is usually quite effective as it dried the spots up overnight. All you have to do is rub it over your spots before you go to bed and then it works as you sleep. However, remember only to use it on affected areas as otherwise it can cause the skin to dry out and become problematic. Generally it is one of the best products available and it is not overly expensive either.
Astara Blue Flame Purification Mask
When most people see this product, they automatically give it a miss because it is a mask and they cannot see how it could possibly help them to treat their acne. However that is exactly what it does and it also prevents further breakouts too. As well as clearing up your acne, it also helps to soothe away your stress as it has a nice Lavender scent to it. So if you are suffering from a breakout then this may be the product for you. Considering it is a face mask, it is quite a powerful treatment.
DermaClear
DermaClear is a really popular acne treatment and it is basically an all in one skin care product. It takes roughly one week to see results, which is brilliant for an acne treatment. The only thing to remember about this product is that it is not designed to be used on sudden flare ups. It can be used to prevent further acne flare ups, but generally it has to have time to work.
Overall there are hundreds of acne treatments and the ones mentioned above are just some of the best ones that you should try. If you are unsure about any of the treatments, or if you have suffered a sudden flare up of acne, then it may be better to talk to your doctor.

Thanks for the great list here AcneFree. For years when I was young, I had the worst acne! I tried what feels like 100 different acne treatments, a few of which are on the list you have provided. I even tried prescriptions. Nothing seemed to work. The product that cleared up my skin the best is not mentioned and I felt that I should bring it up. It is the Acne Complex by Murad and it is by far the best acne treatment I have ever used. I found the above medications didn’t work well enough, so I switched to Murad’s Acne Complex and it actually worked!
