How To Use Apple Cider Vinegar For Acne
By Acne Free | December 20, 2008
For effective use in the treatment of acne vulgaris, apple cider vinegar should be diluted with water to a concentration of 50% and applied topically. The chemical constituents of cider vinegar make it a powerful astringent that is very effective in reducing inflammation, bruising and swelling in no time at all. For a clear and attractive skin, continued usage of apple cider vinegar is necessary as it clears the skin of acne lesions and prevents the formation of new lesions.

Yeah when you are suffering from severe acne for a long time you will try anything out there. It stinks that many products out there don’t hold up. I truly believe that it’s a combination of things that will help.

The orginal precentage from purchased apple cider vinegar bottle is only 5%. If this gets diluted to 50%, that means the final concentration is only 2.5%. Is this right? Or is there a 100% sold, if so, where can I get it?
