Blemish Extractor or Torture Device?

I did a Google search for the term “Blemish Extractor” and was horrified at the results. I was presented with sites that had what looked more like torture devices rather than acne treatment supplies.
Have a look at the second result on Google for Blemish Extractor. It’s a Amazon page.
I seriously hope people are not lancing their pimples with these devices. If you are, you can be looking at some serious scarring in the future.
