What Is Acne

Acne is a common skin condition characterized by non-inflammatory follicular papules or comedones and by inflammatory papules, pustules and nodules in its more severe forms. The symptoms of acne vulgaris include whiteheads, blackheads, pustules, cysts, redness around the erupted skin lesions, inflammation around the skin eruptions, crusting of skin eruptions and scarring of the skin.
