The Sun and Acne

It’s summer, and that means the blazing hot sun will be frying your skin. This is just a quick tip because I’m about to call it a night, but make sure you wear some type of sun screen to protect your skin. Not only will this help with acne, but it can help prevent skin cancer down the road.
I use Lab Series Care For Men Daily Defense Lotion SPF 15.
It’s light and it’s fragrance free.

People that think the sun cures acne need to realize need to reevaluate their beliefs.

if you can, please stay away from excessive sun exposure or USE A SUNBLOCK. i didnt use enough and my chest got quite burnt and now ive been battling acne breakouts there for 3-4weeks!
