For Anyone With Acne, 3 words - Fish Oil Works!

For a long time I’ve stood behind fish oil as one of the best acne cures available. Today a reader wrote in to share a similar sentiment:
3 words - fish oil works!! I was skeptical at first because I have tried over the counter meds, prescription topicals, antibiotics, ProActive - everything it seems. None of it worked, or it did work for just a short amount of time. With nothing to lose, I tried fish oil. I’ve been taking it for exactly a week now. Just in that short amount of time, I’ve had not more blemishes come up and a lot of redness and inflammation has gone down. I’m amazed at how well it’s done already. I’ve struggled for years with acne and seem to have found something that works. I just wanted to tell as many people about it as I can. Good luck to everyone!
