The Lemonade Diet and Acne

Have you been let down by over the counter and prescription acne products? If you have, and you have an open mind about natural acne remedies you might be able to clear your skin by doing the lemonade diet.
The lemonade diet, or master cleanser diet, is a detox method that flushes out your entire body, not just your colon, or liver, or gall bladder, but your whole body.
And it does it in just 10 days. Not too shabby considering the most popular colon cleansing systems take 2 months and cost a fortune.
Will the lemonade diet clear your skin?
Just like any acne remedy the results vary from person to person , but after speaking to a lot of people who’ve tried the diet it seems to not only clear up acne, but also firm up your skin and improve your overall complexion.
It does other good stuff too.
I was skeptical about the claims being made, and if I hadn’t personally known the people who’ve used the lemonade diet I would have never believed their stories, but in addition to clear skin other benefits include
- weight loss
- reduced appetite (after the 10 days)
- more energy
- stronger immune system
- improved sexual performance
- better overall health
Seems almost too good to be true, and I wouldn’t blame you for writing this off as just anther wacky natural health fad but if you want to give it a shot this Squidoo page tells you how it’s done > lemonade diet
If you do try it I’d love to hear how it goes.
I do know that it’s not easy to do. You have to pretty much drink nothing but some lemonade mixture made from lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup. But it’s even half as good as everyone says it seems like a small price to pay.

Only 4 ingredients and it has so many benefits. I’ll try it soon as I get the ingredients. I love this info.

I wonder if the cayenne pepper acts as an appetite suppressant.
