Tea and Acne

By Acne Free | February 22, 2009

Overall tea is a good, natural treatment for acne and you can purchase it from most health stores. It is not a miracle cure, but the fact that it does not have any side effects in comparison to Benzoyl Peroxide, is a really good advantage. So if you haven’t yet tried drinking tea to treat your mild to medium acne problem, why not consider trying it today? .

Green tea works perfect to detoxify the body. It can be blended with several medicinal herbs for specific treatment including acne, weight loss or cancer. I also like the idea of Lemon juice before night. It is very refreshing but do avoid contact with eyes. There are many ready made products based on Lemon on the market – bath and shower oils, facial lotion and tonic, regenerative creams and oils, etc. Choose something with less chemical content.
